now what is also interesting is that the pakistani prime minister imran khan meanwhile is in moscow and we saw the visuals of the pakistani prime minister imran khan meeting with russian president vladimir putin and it could be a matter of sheer coincidence that imran khan happens to be in moscow on the day that russia has decided to invade ukraine many people looking at it would look at the optics of the pakistani prime minister sitting with vladimir putin and beaming to the cameras but this this of course is a diplomatic wizard that will raise a number of questions on what is it subjective and what it of course accomplishes and to share more insights on this we are joined in by our islamabad bureau chief money because joining us live from islamabad good afternoon to you honest this this of course is a meeting between the pakistani prime minister imran khan and the russian president vladimir putin was it at all known to the pakistani establishment was it at all planned that the pakistani prime minister will be in moscow on the day that ukraine would be invaded by the russians well this visit was planned months earlier saleh it was planned at least two months in advance including while the dates that were confirmed uh so certainly the pakistani establishment at least prima facie were unaware that it would coincide with the dates uh of the ukraine invasion of ukraine by russian forces and it would be on the same date in fact on the same day when prime minister khan is to meet president putin now uh as i talked to you as i stood here for the live uh the meeting between insect the pakistani foreign minister and the russian foreign minister has happened uh it's a bilateral meeting [Music]
